ITV is in discussions with the lottery distributor, the Big Lottery Fund (BLF), to launch a programme coinciding with the station's 50th anniversary celebrations in September. Yup. I should imagine that charities that already get a lot of public support like the NSPCC will do well as opposed to, say, Asylum Aid...
